6. Payments & Refunds

Payments: All transactions are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Refunds:

Because eSIM activation is digital and often instant, refunds are not available after the activation code is delivered unless required by law or due to a verified technical failure attributable to us.

Refund requests before activation must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to request proof of issue before processing a refund.

7. Acceptable Use

Prohibited uses include unlawful activities, disrupting the Services, or attempting unauthorized access.
