6. Product Download
Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) minute but could take as long as twelve (12) hours to complete depending on the server status. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email with a QR code for the eSIM profile using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
7. Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. We generally offer full refunds if you could not use our product for some reason.
Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
8. Limitations
In no event shall Terminal eSIM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Terminal eSIM’s website, even if Terminal eSIM or a Terminal eSIM authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
